Right of Withdrawal

We would like to point out that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

The delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which the production involves an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, received the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us Beyond The Painting, Prins Bernhardstraat 104, 9251 GM Burgum, Netherlands, Email: beyondthediamondpainting@gmail.com of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You can use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to unnecessary handling to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
